Drama Camp-2 Full Weeks of Fun!
- Ages 12 - 18 years - June 21st -
July 2nd
- Ages 8 - 12 years - July 5th - 16th
- Times: 9am - 3pm
- Fee: $300 (2nd week of dance
camp is 1/2 off!)

Acting Classes:
will focus on establishing character development and
analyzing text. Time will also be spent on improvisation for
creative development. Each acting class will present a short
scene at the end of the session.
Musical Theater: classes will be involved with
essential elements of dance and voice for performance. They
will learn a number that will be performed for parents at
the end of the session. Styles may include jazz, modern, and
hip hop. Voice training will be included with this class
musicality and rhythm and harmony will be included depending
on the songs, ages and ability of the students.
Shakespeare Classes will focus on some of the
elements of speech and presentation from the plays written
by Shakespeare.
Theater Art and Production: classes will be
incorporated into other camp classes in building the props
and set pieces for their performance. There will be a
performance at the end of the two week session with each
class being represented.
Special Classes: Student will spend an hour each day
with instructors and visiting specialists. Classes will be
in: theater makeup, audition techniques, puppetry and story
telling.
Recital: July 3rd and July 17th we will hold a
recital. Each recital will have scenes and musical numbers
that the students have been working on during the session.
The recital is scheduled for 3:00 pm here at the dance
center. Minor costumes may be required for certain scenes.
